Selling our gorgeous 2.44 acre building lot just 7 minutes east of Richer, 35 minutes from Winnipeg. Beautiful white birch, poplars,oaks and landscaping rocks make this property breathtaking. My husband and I have been clearing out brush and downed trees and it's really looking good....great neighbours, we are right next door so know this lot is high and dry.....as we are aging we are finding it difficult to continue clearing as we have no tractor.
